Recipient has requested that Enterprise Products Partners and Poseidon Oil Pipeline Company provide the attached Poseidon Oil Pipeline Map (June 2003) to Recipient for the purpose of evaluating Poseidon Oil Pipeline as a possible transporter of crude oil.  The Poseidon pipeline system is a vital component of the American infrastructure, supplying energy to millions individuals and businesses nationwide.  Recipient recognizes that individuals could misuse detailed information regarding its system to impact the American economy and disrupt American life.  Moreover, Recipient acknowledges that on October 11, 2001 , the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued a policy statement removing from public access previously public documents that detail the specifications of energy facilities licensed or certificated.  See Treatment of Previously Public Documents, 97 FERC ¶ 61,030 (2001).  For thesen>Enterprise and Poseidon is providing this information to me with the understanding that Recipient will treat it in a secure manner;
